‘Jersey Boys’ opened on Broadway in 2005 and it’s still going strong. The show was nominated for 8 Tony Awards and won the Tony for Best Musical, Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical, Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Musical, and Best Lighting Design of a Musical. The show is still running on Broadway but if you can’t make it to New York, you may be able to catch the national touring production closer to home. “Jersey Boys” tells the story of the musical group, The Four Seasons. The show is what’s called a “Jukebox” musical, using the songs of The Four Seasons to tell the story of the group. The show is divided into four sections; Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall, and each tells the history of The Four Seasons from the perspective of a different band member.
