FYF Fest, which was scheduled to take place July 21 – 22 in Los Angeles at Exposition Park has been cancelled, according to an announcement posted on the festival’s website.
No reason was given for the cancellation. The announcement simply states that, “After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel FYF Fest 2018. Our team of many women and men have worked tirelessly on this event for many years but felt unable to present an experience on par with the expectations of our loyal fans and the Los Angeles music community this year.”
Ticket-holders will be automatically refunded their ticket purchase price, plus service charges.
Several performers that were on the FYF line-up, including Florence + The Machine, Janet Jackson, and Future, are still scheduled to appear at Outside Lands in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park August 12 – 12.
