A new performing arts center is under construction in Lower Manhattan. The Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center is being built adjacent to One World Trade Center and across Fulton Street from the 9/11 Memorial.
The Perelman Center has a flexible design which allows the interior to be configured as one large hall or three smaller venues, providing space for a wide variety of events.
The building’s exterior will be faced marble cut so thin that it’s translucent, allowing a warm glow of light to shine through.
