2017 Forecastle Festival Daily Line-Up

Louisville Kentucky’s Forecastle Festival has been happening annually since 2002 and has stayed true to it’s roots as an event that fosters and promotes music, art, and environmental activism.

The 2017 festival dates are July 14 – 16.

The event focuses on Kentucky culture, including music, art, food, and beverages. Since one of Kentucky’s best know products is Kentucky bourbon, the Forecastle Bourbon Lodge partners with the Kentucky Bourbon Trail to provide samplings of local bourbons and food.

The festival takes place in Louisville’s Waterfront Park along the Ohio River.  There’s no camping on site for this festival, but there is a KOA campground nearby and there are primitive campsites for tent camping available in the Jefferson National Forest.  And, of course, there are lots of hotels in the Louisville area to choose from.

Single day and weekend festival tickets are on sale at the Forecastle Festival website.
